The ‘I Am The Highway: A Tribute to Chris Cornell’ has been announced for January 2019 and tickets go up for sale tomorrow, November 16. Featured artists include Metallica, Foo Fighters a Ryan Adams. Cornell, known as the frontman for Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog and Audioslave, was found dead in his hotel room in May last year. He was 52 years old. His former bandmates will also be performing and Jimmy Kimmel is set to host the event. A posthumous music video was announced starring the singer’s son yesterday. The video will be made available for viewing tomorrow. Also out tomorrow, a new career-spanning box set featuring a 17-track self-titled album and a 62-track limited edition deluxe box set that includes both his solo work and songs with his three bands.
