Fans across the world are ecstatic about Bob Dylan’s latest ‘More Blood, More Tracks’ album that was released yesterday. This album is the latest in the artist ongoing Bootleg Series. Apple Music announced the availability of the full album today and Spotify is offering a 10-song sampler. After Dylan’s nine-year marriage to Sara Lownds fell apart in September 1974, the artist went on to playing mostly solo in New York where he laid it all bare and recorded some of his most intimate songs known to his fans. Even his brother told him that it was too personal. Dylan then went to Minneapolis in December to re-record these songs with a band. 43 years later, the album is still seen as one of Dylan’s landmark achievements and it is clear why fans so eagerly awaited the latest volume of the Bootleg Series. The album is offered in a deluxe, limited edition six-cd box set or a single cd/double vinyl album. The deluxe edition of the release features over 70 previously unreleased recordings from his original 1975 classic ‘Blood on the Tracks’ sessions. It provides fans with real insight into the making of the album and listeners can expect a more personal and vulnerable Dylan who becomes more transparent than ever before.
